Shahadat came within the appointed time slot and did a stellar job and practiced good safety measures in the replacement and in general. Gave his personal advice and was a pleasant fellow. Some notes for improvement: general cleanliness after the servicing, could be better (removal of small chipped plastic parts etc) but nothing major that I couldn’t handle

Friendly and very patient person whom I spoken to, I asked him a lot of questions on pricing and ways to get the work done, he explained clearly and managed to help me do the works using the most cost efficient way. I am doing the electrical works for my old hdb, adding water heater point and lighting point and replacement of all the old lighting to LED one. Workers came on time to my place, very careful with my surrounding floors and objects when they carry out their work, and the workers did the cleaning up so neatly after completed their work, they will ask our opinion even when placing the lightings and heaters. Given a reasonably competitive price, I am afraid that some contractors have the habit to add on extra price after or during work, but to my surprise, the price I pay is what he quoted.
