Have been a customer for years. Service and support have declined sharply. Verified issues deriving from the host and have been gaslit now for 2 months it is due to our site. One tech stated it was due to another account on the shared server causing the problems and others state it isn't. For the amount we pay we're supposed to be on our own environment. Not sure why we're in a shared environment. It seems downgrading services and outsourcing support to cut costs aren't worth it. Clearly my money is best spent elsewhere.

Been a month since migration... they say my server is working well and fast, just not apparently online. 18-24 seconds load time, twice as bad as the overseas hosting I moved from.

Extremely disappointed with how LiquidWeb handled a recent issue on my cPanel server. They notified me about malware on 18 accounts and gave me 48 hours to remediate. Unfortunately, I missed the part stating that failure to act would result in immediate suspension. Without any further follow-up or warning, they suspended all 18 accounts, crippling my clients’ websites and emails. My only options were to clean everything myself or pay for their Imunify360+ service. I had no choice but to purchase the service under pressure just to get my clients back online. This felt like coercion rather than support. For a company that claims to be "The Most Helpful Humans in Hosting," this experience was anything but. I’ve lost trust and will be migrating away from Liquid Web as soon as possible.

Liquid Web's customer service is severely lacking. They don't read through the support tickets, leading to many frustrating misunderstandings. Each time I have a question on one support thread, a different agent attempts to answer, so they end up repeating the same unhelpful answers 20 times. It is not worth anyone's time and money to use their services. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different hosting platform.

Most terrible service I’ve ever seen. Websites been down for my agency for 8 hours now their excuse is a drive went out. This is the most absurd thing ever heard. I even paid additional for dedicated support and more!
