Excellent! I tried their version of my two favorite cocktails, which I was afraid were going to be sweet. I was wrong. The white Negroni had a unique chamomile flavor and aroma that was bitter - think floral, not sweet. It was perfect for Negroni lovers, particularly because it had no trace of syrups from the sweeter element of the cocktail. My second favorite cocktail is a Manhattan and they make a cherry/rum/cocoa nibs version. It was spicy, served in a beautiful glass with an orange peel so fragrant like I’ve never had it before. Great ambience, very nice owner, highly skilled.
