Pleasant place to live in but needs some improvements on housing design as it neglects disabled and seniors citizens it it's house design. Steps of the second floor is missing a hand rail in the 1st 3 steps before turning a corner. Really bad for seniors and disabled persons. Also it only has one handrail for right handed people. Left handed people will find difficulty with these stair especially when they are disabled or people who had stoke or polio. Fire escape on the window of the second for can only for a small to regular build person. Obese/Seniors/disabled person would have difficulty or some even can't evacuate in time of emergency. Same of the facilities lacking support for those groups of people. My wife trip and on the drain gutter near the admin office as it was not painted with yellow and black stripes. She needed surgery as her finger was broken in three places and needs more than 6 months to recover. Paid more than 200k not even included the physical therapy. Which kinda a hut punch as its almost the same as the deposit for the house we got there. Please take consideration for those people who are unfortunate to be disabled and too old wo they can be relaxed to call this subdivision their new home.
