Amazing service. Very easy to use and implement with step-by-step instructions. Was up and running in 15 min with full customized widget. Customer service was available to assist me every step of the way through chat. I was hesitant to use them as we are US based company, but the time difference was not an issue for us. Would highly recommend any company looking to add chat feature to their website.
Live chat works perfectly and it has lots of customization options, most importantly it is not like other live chats which are full of unnecessary graphics. It looks good, works good, and the support is top notch! Perfectly amazing. I honestly like this software a lot and hopefully will keep using it for a long-long time.
Live Chat works almost perfectly - I wish it had a possibility to tie conversations with single user by email like they do in their UM. Too bad that UM has some limitations that keep me from using it (I hope these get fixed when they launch the actual product). Customer service is exceptional - very responsive and helpful - If I rated based on CS, I'd definitely give 5 stars (:
