Lihao is a design company that values ​​quality and detail, and the actual renovation results are remarkably close to the design drawings. In collaborating with designer Hsuan, after the initial ideas were presented, a highly polished first proposal was provided, saving considerable effort in subsequent meetings to revise the overall direction. Communication regarding details was also very comfortable; they offered subjective and experienced opinions on material selection and aesthetics, avoiding any visual imbalance caused by overly adhering to the client's ideas. After the renovation began, I especially appreciate Sam's planning. He made timely adjustments to the schedule based on the on-site situation. Furthermore, he created a photo album to document each stage of progress and share it with the client. In addition, the construction team's skills and quality were excellent; they fulfilled all the details required by the designer and tidied the site after each day's work to prevent inconvenience during client visits. Overall, I am very satisfied with entrusting Lihao with creating my ideal, warm home, where they didn't easily compromise on aesthetics within a practical design.

This is my fourth decorating experience, and I can feel a significant improvement in the finished product compared to previous ones. Designer Eva's professional back-and-forth discussions and suggestions, along with Sam's meticulous supervision and attention to detail, have resulted in my dream house—a sand-colored wabi-sabi style house that I don't want to leave every day after returning home, and which friends and family who visit always rave about!

Eva is probably the most easygoing designer I've ever worked with. I don't know if I'd be considered a demanding client, but I definitely had to revise the design quite a few times because my ideas kept changing 😂. I'm very grateful for Eva's excellent service and willingness to cooperate with changes. She even let me see different 3D renderings before making a final decision, and tried her best to meet all my needs. I remember at the very end I mentioned being worried about the shelves' weight capacity, and the designer helped test them and found no problems. But I was still concerned, so the designer simply installed angle irons for everything. This is the kind of service you can't help but appreciate.
