Light Matter has helped me reach my target audience and grow my business from the first month I started with them. I do keep a close eye on my business expenses, and I just renewed for my fifth consecutive year with Light Matter. Bottom line, I grow my revenue, and make more money partnering with them. Customer service top-notch. I never have a problem getting a hold of anyone live on the phone or email or text. Our company is Camp Bow Wow.

We were searching for a new web hosting company and found these guys. Our site was already built, we were looking for someone new that could manage our current site with a higher level of customer service and communication that what we currently had. I then reached out to Light Matter Promotions, and immediately got a response, which was refreshing. We had exchanged a few more messages and then spoke with Brandon (owner) over the phone. We had a great conversation as I was explaining exactly what I was looking to have done. He did not hesitate to explain how first we needed to move the site to his server, which we have done, and he kept me informed every step of the way, which was a smooth transition. They are currently working on a couple tweaks for the site, and we could not be happier with the service they have provided.
