We had our first exterior wall painting and balcony waterproofing done on a 22-year-old house. It's a large house for an elderly couple, so they were considerate enough to keep costs down. The construction workers were all very friendly, so we were able to leave it to them with peace of mind. Thank you for working with us despite the heat.

We asked them to renovate our toilet and bathroom. They listened carefully to our requests. They also provided specific explanations of the tile and toilet colors, using samples. This made it easy to imagine what it would look like when completed. It was the first time I'd seen such a small color sample for a ceramic toilet! They also cleaned carefully after completion. This is a renovation company I highly recommend.

This time I asked them to do exterior work around the entrance to my house. I have used their services many times for interior renovations, exterior wall painting, and more. Their work is done carefully and reliably, and they are happy to help with even the smallest of matters. I think we will continue to have a long-term relationship.

We have recently decided to remodel our 87-year-old main house into an outbuilding and move into it. It's something we've never done before, so we're feeling very anxious.
