When it came to purchasing a home, they carefully ran a simulation based on our household income and expenses. Although we are not actually planning to purchase a home yet, the simulation helped us to clearly visualize our future and they even told us how much money we would need for each item, including the land and building, and it made clear the maximum loan amount required to purchase a home. I would definitely consult with them again if I were to purchase a home again.
