Unfortunately, people who go shopping park anywhere and cause a lot of congestion. I spoke to two traffic officers about this and neither of them did anything because they were chatting on the corner of the CASERITA store, which is near the JEFE QUE PENA store, because I imagine they are paid a salary to do their job.
