Our water heater finally stopped working, it had a long and good life (21 years!) i called Len the Plumber first thing in the morning and they were able to send Mark Thompson out later that day. They were accommodating to the late afternoon window of time I needed. Mark took a look at our old water heater and did concur it was time to replace it. It was certainly on borrowed time. Mark gave me quotes for both a 50 gallon and 75 gallon. They do not carry a 60 gallon, which is what I had. I home it was a bit of a sticker shock on the coat of a new water heater, we went with the larger one. Mark did ask if I wanted to join their membership ($16 per month, with a year long minimum) and said it would save me $2000 by doing so. While this did feel like an upscale and one that I felt pressured to accept, I’ll want to figure out how to use this service for the next year. It was unclear to me if they will service my HVAC system as well. Mark was there for about 4 hours, installed the new hot water heater and cleaned up and took away the old one. Thanks LP for being very efficient and responsive.

He was professional, arrived promptly, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. What impressed me most was how thoroughly he cleaned up after the job was finished. It’s hard to find service professionals who take that extra step. I had an overall positive experience with Len the Plumber and appreciated their same-day service, which was incredibly convenient. I had both routine HVAC maintenance and plumbing work completed during the visit. The plumbing service was a bit pricey and I contemplated whether I should've gotten a second opinion...The technician didn't give a thorough explanation of the available options. However, the overall quality of service was good, and the work was completed efficiently. Hopefully, it holds up and I don't have to revisit this issue in the near future. What stood out most was the professionalism and expertise of both the HVAC and plumbing supervisors. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain things clearly, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, a reliable company with convenient scheduling and professional staff.

Our technician, Mohammed Khan, was excellent! He was prompt and courteous. He immediately put on protective shoe covers when he entered my home. He was very knowledgeable about the issue we were having and clearly explained the solution. Before doing any work, he went over the cost and payment options. When the procedure was done, he tested our outdoor drainage system to make sure it was working properly. I recommend Len the Plumber, Heating and Air, and especially Mr. Khan, very highly.
