Jacky it’s such a sweet and fun person. I’ve been very reluctant about AT&T, but she actually explained it correctly to me. We had previous representatives that tried to explain this to us, but they didn’t make it make a lot of sense and one of them was named Kyle. He was small And very arrogant, he did not listen to anything that we were trying to say to him, and he kept excusing himself to places in the store that He was not invited to to interrupt me and to tell me I’m wrong about what I was trying to say. His partner the other, Kyle was very pleasant, but either way a bad taste was still left in my mouth so I was very happy to meet Jacky who actually made it seem like a good idea to me 10 out of 10 representation

Kyle T was awsome. He set me up with internet and phones for my business. He was super professional and friendly. Would Def recommend his services for anyone looking for internet and phones.

Xazavier and Sofia were great. Incredibly helpful, going above & beyond to resolve issues I’d been having with AT&T customer service. If they hadn’t come in, I would have canceled my account with AT&T.

Jules and another guy walked into the barber shop where I was waiting to get my haircut. They started talking to the owner about his internet service. I asked Jules if they did mobile phones and he said yes and he answered my many questions very patiently. We have a business and needed 7 phones, shipped all over the country, with a whole bunch of unique needs. He made certain I had everything I needed and must’ve texted me 20x to make sure I was dialed in. I’m now very happy and saving tons of money over my previous plan! He’s also just a pleasant, very bright person. I highly recommend him and his team!
