I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this so-called “video creation agency.” What started as a simple service request turned into one of the most frustrating and unpleasant experiences I have ever had with any business. Their approach feels like nothing but money-grabbing tactics, and their overall behaviour is completely unprofessional, misleading, and unethical. From the beginning, they made big promises, spoke very confidently, and convinced me to trust them with my project. However, once the payment was made, their true colours came out. They continuously demanded more money for every small edit, every minor change, and every request that should have normally been included in the original service. It became very clear that their intention was not to deliver quality work, but to extract as much money as possible. Their communication is extremely poor. They ignore messages for long periods, give vague answers, and do not take any responsibility for delays or mistakes. Instead of focusing on delivering what was agreed upon, they blame the customer, create unnecessary confusion, and keep asking for extra payments without proper justification. The work they delivered was below average, nowhere close to what was promised. They claim to have “professional skills,” but the output looked rushed, low-quality, and far from industry standards. Even after pointing out the issues, they refused to correct them unless additional money was paid. This is not just bad service — it feels like intentional cheating. Because of their behaviour, lack of transparency, and constant money-demanding attitude, I was forced to take the matter seriously. I have already lodged a complaint with Cyber Crime authorities and provided all chat proofs, payment details, and evidence of how they misled and exploited me. No genuine service provider behaves this way. I strongly warn everyone: Do NOT fall for their marketing, their sweet talk, or their false guarantees. Once you make the payment, they change completely. They act irresponsibly, show no professionalism, and keep asking for more money without delivering the quality they promised. There are many genuine and trustworthy agencies out there — but this one is absolutely not worth your time, money, or trust. Avoid them completely and save yourself from the stress, loss, and disappointment that I went through.

Genuine and prompt! Worth the price and mind blowing editing! Most importantly, they are punctual and honest with respect to timely delivery of videos!

I contacted this agency for video editing for my client, They created one video with other business videos to my client company, without asking me. Am not happy with video Then i asked for AI video they said 2k. That normal video was not professional and not useful to promote it in any. after 1 month gap.. again asked for AI video they said 2.5k And i asked for samples, they didn't send any one from their side. My experience with this agency is not good.
