Beautiful French breakfast on Sentosa island. Coffee was good, with selection of breakfast and breakfast boards plentiful. The standout dish on the breakfast board was the croque monsieur- which I’ll definitely be back for. The atmosphere was relaxing, with quiet jazz playing in the background and views to lush Sentosa gardens.
We had lunch here while waiting for our room to be ready at nearby resort; Amara Sanctuary. What a fabulous choice we made, beautiful elegant French Cafe/Restaurant with simple but wide selection of quality yummy meals. It’s is licensed and I enjoyed a true top quality French cider with my salad. The venue offers excellent service with friendly, professional Staff who make you warmly welcomed. The food is superb. Please do yourself a favour and enjoy a meal & drink here when visiting Sentosa Island or Singapore.
I would call it a little slice of French heaven! We tried Bobo and Londoniene from the menu. Impeccable quality! Especially the granolas ❤️ The ambience was cozy and aesthetic. The food was exceptional and the people were even better. Truly welcoming! It has to be one of the best experiences of my Singapore visit.
Having previously noticed this place a number of years ago, I wanted to try it but did not have the chance last time. Since I was on a short staycation, it was the perfect opportunity. I love the location of this place as it's very convenient within walking distance of several of the resorts. Being able to talk a short distance from your accommodation to eat something nice is great. There were lots of options and really well considered. They have galettes (which are gluten free), salads and all kinds of other delicious bakery type items. It would have been great to try more but I just wasn't there long enough. Having a GF option is great for those who need/prefer it too. We tried the galettes, and on another day - the high tea. I love galettes and they have a good variety of toppings/fillings for all tastes. The afternoon high tea is a great experience because you get to try many of the menu items in one sitting (you get all miniature or smaller versions of the standard menu items) which you could only eat if you lived in Sentosa, went there regularly or ate there every day. And it is exceptional value. It's a different experience from a hotel high tea but still just as relaxing and enjoyable. They also have all day dining options, which are really good if you don't want a heavy buffet breakfast or just want a hearty but healthy salad in a chic, casual and relaxing environment. The service team are friendly and welcoming. As a small business, they mentioned that it's pretty challenging in this current economic climate, as it's quiet in the weekdays but very busy at the weekends. I love to try to support small businesses but hard to if you don't stay nearby or have the time to go there out of your usual way. So please do your best to visit this tranquil and spacious eatery in the week day. If we'd been there for longer I would have gone for the afternoon Happy Hour too. Definitely recommend this as quality over quantity (still filling though) and currently not too crowded during the week.
Service was excellent! There is both indoor and outdoor seating. I opted for outdoor seats and was treated with the sighting of a beautiful peacock. The service staff was patient and friendly. Baguette was served hot, the orange juice was freshly squeezed, quality tea and grandma’s chocolate was lovely. It would be wonderful if the basket of mini viennoiseries were soft hot too! The jam deserves a special mention too. Definitely a cheaper option if you don’t want to pay for hotel breakfast and if you don’t want a heavy breakfast. (Read on trip advisor that people are asking for cheaper option with RWS eateries under renovation.) Only set back is table is a little small but they are very thoughtful to cater to family of adult and children diners. 2 adults can dine at bigger table while the 2 children dine at the children’s table 😊
