A truly memorable dining experience at LAVO Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. The atmosphere is exceptional, and the views are absolutely stunning—one of the best skyline experiences in the city. A special mention to Sarah, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the visit. Her warm service really elevated the entire experience and made everything feel smooth and welcoming. There are also a few good vegetarian options available, which makes the menu more inclusive than expected. The pasta is a must-try—perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and something everyone should experience. The combination of great food, excellent service, and that breathtaking view makes this a place everyone should visit at least once when in Singapore. Highly recommended for both the ambience and the overall vibe.

A unique, luxurious dining experience in an iconic venue on the rooftop in Singapore. Friendly service, a little slow at times but perhaps due to it being busy and having to adjust due to rainy weather. I loved the drink I had with dragon fruit. Our food was good. We enjoyed the focaccia bread in the complimentary bread basket very much. I had the meatball which was huge and had nice flavor. I would've liked some pasta to be offered with it. My wife enjoyed the salmon, particularly the chickpea salad that accompanied it. For dessert she happily enjoyed the tiramisu. I understand that for such a special venue and ambience the price will reflect it but I found it to be reasonable for such an establishment minus the lack of free water. The tap water in Singapore is already perfect, there's no need to charge $3 per person for filtered water.

We visited LAVO to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be a truly memorable evening. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and knowing it was a special occasion for us, the team thoughtfully arranged a table outdoors overlooking the stunning Singapore CBD skyline at night. The breeze, view, and overall ambience made the experience especially enjoyable. Service was phenomenal from start to finish. Our server (unfortunately, I can't recall his name) was attentive without ever being intrusive, checking in at just the right moments. A particularly thoughtful gesture stood out; when we realised a mocktail ordered for my wife contained an ingredient she couldn’t take due to her pregnancy, he immediately replaced it without hesitation and insisted we keep the original as well. That level of care was genuinely appreciated. The food and drinks were top notch, and notably well-priced for the location and ambience, which made the overall experience even more satisfying. To top it off, we were surprised with a complimentary dessert, complete with a “Happy Anniversary” message delicately written on marzipan; a simple but meaningful touch that made the evening feel even more special. It was the perfect dinner for our wedding anniversary, and we would gladly return for another special occasion.

The meal we had there is from January 20th - The view is one of the best in Singapore, at probably it’s most famous building. Ana was the best waitress. She went out of her way to make our 30th anniversary dinner a most memorable one. She spent a lot of time talking to us. The food is above average and expensive, but the rent that the restaurant must have to pay here must be ferocious, so I understand. We had a $9 bottle of water and 2 entrees. They gave us a free desert to split between us because of our anniversary. I think the bill was $110. If you have someone to impress, this is a good spot.

If there were more than seven stars to give, this place would earn them all. From the moment you step out onto the 57th floor, you’re transported to a sun-kissed Italian coastal dream with Singapore’s glittering skyline as the backdrop. Absolute magic.  The views are nothing short of breathtaking. Perched high above the city with wraparound panoramic vistas, especially at night when the lights sparkle like diamonds across Marina Bay — it’s pure romance and wow-factor. The rooftop terrace vibe is sophisticated yet lively, with that perfect energy that makes you want to linger for hours. Whether you’re there for sunset or after dark, it’s one of the best rooftop experiences in Singapore.  Now, onto the food — oh my goodness. I ordered the Spaghetti Tomato and Basil, and it was an absolute masterpiece. Fresh, vibrant, perfectly al dente pasta coated in a light, aromatic sauce that let the sweet tomatoes and fragrant basil shine. Simple ingredients elevated to perfection — it tasted like it was flown straight from Italy. And the mushroom pizza? Life-changing. Crispy, chewy crust with generous wild mushrooms, earthy flavors, and that melty cheese pull that dreams are made of. Every bite was heavenly — flavorful, well-balanced, and cooked to absolute perfection in their stone oven.  The portions were generous, the ingredients top-tier, and everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Paired with the stunning setting, it was a sensory explosion. Service was warm, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs throughout. LAVO isn’t just a meal — it’s an experience. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, impressing a date, or just treating yourself, this is the place. Hands down one of the best restaurants in Singapore.
