I had an incredible experience as a Social Media and Content Creation Winter Intern at Lauer Media Company. ⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience We hired Lauer Media for B2B cold calling and spent approximately $6,000 over three months. During that entire time, we received one lead total. In early January, after seeing little to no results and growing concerns about performance, I reached out via email to discuss the campaign. I received no response, despite the company remaining very active on LinkedIn during that period. After several weeks of continued silence and poor performance, I reached out again to cancel the service. Only then did they respond. Meetings that were previously scheduled were cancelled moving forward, and shortly after, I was informed that they would be charging an additional $2,000 due to a 30-day notice clause in the contract. What’s especially frustrating is that while charging the extra $2,000, they stated they would “continue working the campaign,” yet: • All recurring meetings were cancelled • Communication remained minimal • There is no noticeable effort to improve performance during that final month If a company is going to enforce a notice period and continue billing, I would expect them to put their best foot forward during that time—not reduce communication and engagement. At the end of this experience, we will have paid $8,000 for a single lead, with very little transparency, responsiveness, or accountability. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage other business owners to carefully evaluate expectations, communication standards, and contract terms before engaging.

Chad and Kimmy are not only prompt and professional, but they were very patient and responsive to all of our questions about creating our new website. We have already received many referrals for our business! Also, Kaitlin has helped us tremendously at maintaining our social media presence for our retail hardware store. We wish there was a six star rating because these people go above and beyond! :)

Had the pleasure of working with the team at Lauer Media Company during a recent team-building day where I photographed their new headshots. From my first interaction, I was struck by their professionalism, energy, and strong sense of connection. Kudos to Chad Lauer for his strong leadership, and Kimmy Lambert for being so responsive to every communication. It’s easy to see why companies trust Lauer Media Co. for B2B sales representation.
