We implemented our FAMÌ Vino shop with lakör in three phases. Overall, we are very satisfied with the result and the collaboration with the lakör team! Thanks to their expertise, we were able to quickly implement our online shop exactly according to our wishes and expectations. Initially, we started in coaching mode and wanted to build the shop ourselves, guided by the lakör experts. However, we quickly realized that we had clearly overestimated our own skills and capacity. Therefore, in a second phase, we handed the project over to lakör, who then completed the shop in just a few weeks with a lot of input from us and in close consultation. In addition to the clean technical implementation, lakör contributed a lot of creative content, as well as top-notch templates for text, color, and image design. Shortly before the launch, we took over the online shop again in phase three and are now still using the support of the lakör team until we feel confident enough to operate it independently. Overall, the collaboration was excellent: very professional, well-organized, and efficient. Characterized by quick, clear, and valuable answers, as well as solution-oriented contributions that went beyond the immediate questions asked. We were pleasantly surprised on several occasions. The only thing I had to get used to, as a shop owner in the autumn of my career, was the communication, which took place exclusively via Trello and email, but this ultimately wasn't a problem.

I participated in Lakör's Shopify coaching program and I'm very satisfied with it overall. The content is clearly structured and logically organized, guiding you step-by-step through the entire process. It's especially helpful for someone who wants to build their own online store and is a complete beginner, as it includes many practical videos, tips, tools, templates, and recommendations. I particularly enjoyed the videos with Steffi. She explains everything very clearly and engagingly, making the content easy to follow and ensuring it never becomes dry or boring. You can tell that a lot of effort was put into presenting the topics in a practical way. At the beginning, Frank told me that setting up the store within eight weeks would be "easily" possible. However, in my experience, this is a bit of a tight timeframe for freelancers who also run their day-to-day business. Especially considering the price, I would have appreciated the option to extend the coaching program by four weeks free of charge as a courtesy. The content consists largely of pre-recorded videos, so in my opinion, no additional staff effort would be required. Nevertheless, I'm very happy I did the coaching and am really satisfied with my progress. I learned a lot and feel well-prepared for my shop launch. Since I still need some time, I've decided to extend the coaching for €199 to finish everything at my own pace. I will definitely continue working with Lakör after this period. Overall, I can definitely recommend the coaching – especially for anyone who truly wants to understand their Shopify store and build it independently.
