Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review. I first contacted them on December 10th of last year via WhatsApp (since I was abroad) with a website creation project. We chatted, and they asked for more information about what I wanted, which I sent in an email the next day. I sent them quite a bit of information about my project, including some design sketches and explaining my idea in detail. A week later, on December 18th, seeing that no one had replied or said anything, I wrote to them again via WhatsApp. They told me that with the end of the year they were busy wrapping things up, that they had read my email and would reply "in the next few days." On January 25th, more than a month later and seeing that I hadn't received a response, I contacted them again. No one replied to this message, except for their automated message. A month later, on February 20th, seeing that they had completely ignored me, I wrote to express my dissatisfaction and tell them I was taking my idea and project elsewhere. They finally deigned to reply to this message, telling me they didn't have time, that they were very busy, and that they couldn't even do the work I had contacted them about. In short: two and a half months of my time waiting, sharing my project idea and even logo designs, name, etc., eagerly anticipating their response, only to be ignored and then, after persistent communication, told they didn't have time for me. This is, in my opinion, a complete lack of respect for a client. I felt they looked down on my project and didn't value potential clients. I'd like to know if they would have treated me this way if I had come with more money or a larger project. It's truly pathetic.
We've been collaborating with them for seven months now, and we have nothing but praise for them. A key benefit is that they come to the business every month to record content. We work with María and Marta, and from the beginning, communication has been incredibly easy. They've found a way to implement all the ideas we've proposed.
They're only quick to grab the digital kit; answering WhatsApp messages and stuff like that can wait for another time.
