Essentially, it states that I am not considered a consumer under consumer protection legislation because the website I contracted was for professional purposes. I wouldn't wish the experience I had with you on absolutely anyone. I'm not going to waste time sharing it here; I've already suffered enough. A little more humility, a little more courtesy, and, if possible, less rudeness when dealing with a customer. And perhaps you should tell your hosting providers that, in order to collect the €300 annual fee they charge, they need to do things properly and change the passwords and contact and administrative emails once they have their clients sign the document releasing them from any liability. You didn't even add the mandatory data protection pages to your website, and when I requested a migration, you didn't lift a finger for a whole week. All you care about here is making money; after that, you're out of luck. It's shameful.
