Tried to use this agency years ago for a clients website rebuild (Extechnology). They took the money, never provided anything at all. They said they didn't know how to rebuild the website after taking payment. When I asked for my clients money back they told me they were going bankrupt and didn't have the money to give back. To this day, more then 5 years later I see they are still actively trading and never provided a refund to my client. I've given plenty of time before writing this review for them to reach back out and make amends but seeing how we never received any refund and they essentially stole our clients money I would recommend staying well away from these guys.

I have attempted to contact this company via email, phone and WhatsApp over the last number of months regarding the issue with my website. They have not replied to any of my communications. The website has been down since April 21st 2025. Since then they have continued to charge me a monthly subscription of €35.67. I wish to express my disappointment in the unprofessional manner in which you have conducted business with me. I would warn any current and potential customers about this company.

My team and I have been working with Kraft Agency for about eight months and have seen great results. They serve as an extension of our internal team, taking on time-consuming tasks and freeing up our resources. Their attention to detail and deep technical expertise are top-notch, especially when we needed specialized advice. It did take some time to align their processes with our requirements, but they adapted quickly. Their openness to feedback and willingness to explain every detail made collaboration smooth. Unfortunately, our experience with Kraft was disappointing from start to finish. We were promised high-quality content and backlinks as part of their SEO services, but what we received was far from that—low-effort, AI-generated articles and irrelevant backlinks that added no value to our business. The biggest issue, however, was communication. When we raised concerns about the quality of content, it took their team 10 days to respond. Even after that, no one took accountability or urgency to address our concerns. It felt like we were constantly chasing them just to get the bare minimum delivered. There seemed to be no leadership presence or commitment to client success. At times, it felt like we were begging for basic follow-through on agreed deliverables—and even then, the effort was consistently poor. We're leaving this review not to be spiteful, but because we value transparency and would want other businesses to be aware of what to expect. We do not recommend working with this agency.

Loved working with Kraft. They have an amazing team and deliver incredible results for their clients. SEO is a long term game which people tend to forget sometimes, so depending on your niche it may require some time but Kraft will get you there 100%
