Highly recommended! I've been working with them for a year now. I order t-shirts for a sports club every two months, shipped to Punta Arenas, and I've never had a single problem. They're quick to make and ship, and they're very attentive during transit. Most importantly, the products are of excellent quality. 1000% recommended!
I'm very disappointed with Kotoduo. I needed to order several products, and I sent numerous emails, which went unanswered. I sent WhatsApp messages, and they replied saying they would send a quote, but it never arrived. I went there several times, but they were very busy, and no one was available. Finally, one time I went and a salesperson helped me, who then told me they would send the quote, but they never did. They play with people's time and emotions.
I am very grateful for the attention from the company staff; they were very kind, warm, and friendly. The work done by the company was excellent, exactly as we requested, and delivered on time. Highly recommended.
