Everything from the start was smooth. The family members (Staff) are so friendly and patience on my question as I was legit totally clueless on the installation, dismantle on the current existing items and others. With the photos provided to them, they immediately make calls to the handyman to ensure if things can be done before you purchase. When the handyman arrive (Ah Tan), I have nothing but express my appreciation on how he make things easy on both installation and dismantle. On top of that, he also very patience and explain to you before you making rush decision on removing other stuffs! Kong Tai hold up to their legacy and it's will always be my number 1 place to shop on household appliances rather than those mega company!
I had bought 6 Kdk fans, 1 washing machine, 2 heaters, 1 fridge from Wenbing last year August. It all came in good condition and they won't hard sell to those unknown brand.
