If you're looking for sales equipment like cashier / e-invoice system / epos system, they're Professional 👍 and provide All-in-one included training and after sales service. thanks for Amber for the great training , thanks for zhen chuen & tian feng for the set up, thanks to heng, Bryan, zhen chuen, tian feng, Alex, yoon for the assistance
Good. Sales person good. No fancy business, got what i want in 2minute
The service was particularly poor. The customer support Amber Chong representative wanted me to attend a three-hour training session and complete everything. Then she said to try it out and ask her again. Didn’t I try it out before directly asking her? I paid for the service and asked about the items, but I didn’t receive a response. Busyness is no excuse, at least let me know when you’ll respond to my messages. It’s really, really bad!
best service .. easy to deal from whatapps only .. 👍👍
