KB includes several configurations for different areas: 1) Tracking waybills and fuel consumption. Disputes over excessive fuel consumption have ceased. 2) Car sales transaction monitoring. Each transaction is under management control. The number of reports requested from employees has been reduced. 3) Warehouse logistics. Each product is assigned a unique code and recorded in the database. This eliminates confusion and mis-sorting. The designer allows you to customize and automate the process in any direction. You can modify an existing configuration or create a completely custom system from scratch.

Our company provides IT services. We considered many different systems for accounting and request escalation and settled on KB. KB is essentially a construction kit; using this engine, we were able to create a fully functional system with request escalation, reminders, reports, mailing, warehouse management, barcoding, and other modules. The advantage is that we didn't have to adapt our processes to an existing CRM; rather, we optimized the CRM's accounting to fit our existing processes. We highly recommend it.

We work in insurance and transaction support. We needed a pre-configured solution to simplify our employees' workflow. We liked KB for its simplicity. It helped us organize our application database. After implementing it, applications that weren't processed on time disappeared. You can add required reminder conditions and see what was scheduled in the calendar. The only downside I can think of is the documentation, which is not very clear—we would like more examples to help us apply the instructions in practice. Otherwise, we recommend KB.

We handle all types of insurance. We currently have 12 employees. When we were looking for a program, we wanted to automate the receipt and processing of applications. We chose CRM KB because it helped streamline the entire process, from receiving an application from the website to payment. We're especially grateful for the ability to automate cost calculations in this program. With the help of a manager, we used the calculation builder and transferred all our formulas from Excel to CRM KB. Now, any insurance program we use can be calculated with the click of a button. It's convenient and fast! The only downside I'd note is the somewhat complex setup, which at first glance seems difficult. Fortunately, some issues can be delegated to a paid setup. We might use this service in the future. Among the missing improvements in the program, I would suggest further automation, so that setup can truly be done in a couple of clicks. I would definitely recommend CRM KB to my friends and acquaintances, as it has been a great help to us.
