It is not a photo shop, only for iphone and repairing!
I used their service for an iPhone battery replacement. I made a reservation, and the check-in process and paperwork went smoothly, taking only about 10-15 minutes. Afterward, I was able to pick up my phone about an hour later, as promised. The staff who assisted me at check-in and when I picked up my phone were different, but both were very polite and explained everything clearly, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Their customer service left a very positive impression. The replacement battery works perfectly, and I'm using my phone comfortably. I would definitely use their services again if needed.
I went to get my iPhone repaired because of a problem with the LCD screen. I had forgotten my password, so I tried to change it on the spot, but they basically told me to come back the day before yesterday. Apparently there's a 20-minute time limit per person, and changing the password only takes seconds, but they stubbornly refused, and all my travel expenses and the time I spent going all the way to Machida were wasted. Of course, I can understand if there's no other option but to change the password, but being sent home after only 3 minutes is unacceptable. I don't know if it's Apple's fault or Kitamura's fault, but it's their job, so I wanted them to do their best. I will never buy an Apple product again.
The female employee's attitude towards AppleCare customers was incredibly arrogant and unpleasant, as if I wasn't a valuable customer. She repeatedly asked me "Do you understand?" as if I were a child, mocking me and not giving me time to think. She pressured me repeatedly, saying I could leave if I didn't understand. I understand that the high battery level is my fault, but a 4.5-hour repair for a screen and battery replacement is unacceptable. It was such an unpleasant experience that I will never use this store again; I will get my repairs done at a different branch.
Since they're an authorized Apple repair shop, I had my iPhone XII battery replaced here, even though it was a little pricey. It's been six months, and the battery has worn down to about 83%, so it seems they replaced it with a battery of a similar capacity, which meant the battery life was about the same as the old one, so there was no benefit to replacing it. Even though it's a hassle, I have to go to a real Apple Store. P.S. The battery has worn down to 95% in less than a year. This is no good.
