The staff are very kind and helpful. The parking lot has a decent capacity and is easy to park in. However, the store itself is quite small, and the selection is smaller compared to places like the Hirosaki branch which is attached to Studio Alice. Of course, they can order items for you, but it's not really recommended if you want to try out the actual digital cameras.

I visited the store to have photos from my smartphone developed, and I was very grateful for the polite and helpful service I received from the staff.

The website for downloading the photo data was confusing, and in my haste, I mistakenly selected "Download original photo data" and paid 1,200 yen by credit card. When I inquired, I was told that I should have selected "Download data for web application," and that this data was already included in the payment I had made. Personally, I don't think they should use the word "application" when asking me to perform this action. They said a refund is not possible, but I still really want it back.

You can get your photos developed and passport photos taken here. For small photos like those for your My Number Card, you can also use an outdoor photo booth.

I've been greatly helped by Kitamura for creating photo books and cleaning camera sensors. The staff seems to change frequently, so the lineup changes regularly, but everyone is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable.
