Bec, Digital Strategist, and Nat, Social Media Strategist at King Kong, have been instrumental in one of the most pivotal decisions I have made for my business. Making the decision to bring in a digital strategist and marketing team for my ever-growing company was a huge leap. I knew that if I was going to do it, I was not going to start at the bottom, I was going to start with the best. Handing over the reins was one of the hardest decisions I have ever faced, but at the same time, it has quickly become one of the easiest. From the very beginning, Kieren showed a genuine level of care and belief in my company’s growth, which gave me immediate confidence. Nat fought to be part of my team, and her energy and excitement about where we could go made it clear she was fully invested in the vision. Bec is straightforward like me, no fluff, no nonsense, just clarity and direction, which told me instantly she was serious about results. Even though they are the experts and leaders, I have always felt supported and listened to when it comes to the direction of my company’s marketing. That balance of leadership, guidance, and respect is incredibly rare, and something I value deeply. The clarity, direction, and confidence this team has already brought to my business has been remarkable. The strategy, support, and execution behind the scenes is incredibly powerful, and I am already seeing the impact. I had a wonderful conversation with Kieren and truly can’t say enough positive things about the experience. I shared my goals with him, and he really took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for. He made me feel confident that he knew exactly what I needed and helped guide me in the right direction without ever being pushy or trying to sell me on something unnecessary. I had a great chat with Jordan about my business during my strategy call. He really took his time to listen and brought immediate value through some first ideas to get started with. I felt seen and understood. He did not push and gave me lots of space to create my own path, leaving the door open for the future.
