My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. After I signed the contract, my project manager left the country for a month without informing me, delaying my website launch by several weeks. The website was largely built using content from my existing Wix site, yet I repeatedly had to ask for unrelated images to be replaced. Despite paying for SEO services for over seven months, I saw little improvement in traffic or rankings. Even worse, the contact form stopped working, resulting in 48 missed patient inquiries that I only discovered myself. After fulfilling my six-month contract, I decided to move my SEO to another company. As soon as I notified them—even though I had already paid through the end of the month—they shut down my SEO, and my website lost images, page headers, and eventually went into a critical error. I paid for a professional website and ongoing support, but instead lost months of potential business. It was very disappointing to see my website negatively affected after I had fulfilled my contractual obligations.
