I would like to share my very good experience and acknowledge the efforts of your staff Mr Faris Farhan who had done a great job. With much sharing of his knowledge for the pest infestation and he even helped to clear the decomposed rats hidden in the compartment. Kudos 👏

We had Sapii Team over and they helped to check those area that i missed out and shared beneficial tips to help us overcome our issues. Lovely. Will have them over again soon. Thank you ❣️

Really really POOR service for homes. Customer service is abhorrent. Despite the contract stating the dates of service for my home, I have to personally contact them to come down as they never fulfil their contract dates. It is also exceedingly difficult to communicate and get a hold of them so each call takes at least 30 mins. It is not worth the effort AT ALL. Definitely do not recommend them for home pest control as they can’t even fulfil basic contract requirements

On 19/2 morning, spotted maggots inside my branch premises, in and around the toilet area and there was a strong smell of dead rodent. Contacted your hotline and a staff came down to check. After checking, the staff claimed there was no sign of any dead rodent. I told him it cannot be because the smell is so strong and there were maggots. He claimed the smell was from one of the floor trap. On 20/2 morning spotted more maggots and the smell persisted. Hotline was called and your supervisor Samad came. He checked the toilet and spotted a dead rodent at the false ceiling. The dead rodent looked to be dead for few weeks and there were maggots. Samad was very helpful and helped me removed and cleaned the ceiling board which was badly stained. He also spayed some anti bacterial spray and advised me accordingly. Thank you Samad for the help!
