The installers were very professional. They communicated clearly before starting, discussing the exact height and placement of the heater, shower bar and rain shower. As someone who is a bit of a perfectionist/OCD, I was so impressed to see the installer using a measuring tape to ensure the ideal height and making sure everything was fixed neatly and perfectly straight. The attention to detail was outstanding. Highly recommended for their efficiency and quality workmanship!

I got to find Kian Shen Trading and Plumbing Services from Carousell to fix my leaking tap. So I contacted them thru whatsapp and to my surprise they do accept CDC or SG60 vouchers. I made the arrangement with them and they were very prompt with their service.All transactions done smoothly. Appt. confirmed and their worker did an excellent job. He even suggested to my mother and helper it's better to add and install a minivalve to stop water if there is a tap leakage again. Heavily discounted price given. I am very very Happy with their services and will recommend anyone who needed such service. 2 thumbs up👍👍

Really good experience with Kian Shen Trading & Plumber Services ! Called in the evening ’cause my mom’s kitchen tap broke. I urgently needed for the tap to be change. I also add on to change for the toilets shower tap as seems to be loose. Elizabeth was super nice and patient, she sent me the tap designs and prices over WhatsApp, very easy to deal with. Her worker came really fast and fixed everything neatly. Plus, can use CDC SG60 voucher and Climate Voucher, so convenient! Thanks Elizabeth for the great service and friendly attitude!
