I walked into this place with high hopes. The staff seemed to listen very well about what I had to say and everything looked good. That was until I spoke with the owner about a possible personal issue with his staff that I had that might affect the integrity and security of my website. He was straight up the rudest person I have spoken to in the phone in bali. I then received an email from some poor staff that said he regrets to inform that my business was not needed and that those instructions had come from the director. After being stuffed around and not getting my questions answered I will be taking my money elsewhere. This company is run by snobby, unprofessional frogs with a poor concept of customer service.
