We worked with Kersvers for our Google Ads campaigns. The collaboration started off positively, but it later turned out that no demonstrable work had been performed in certain months, even though invoices were sent. Despite repeated requests for proof (such as logs or reports), this was not provided. When we disputed the invoice for that period, the agency responded with threats of collection instead of providing substantive evidence. It also later came to light that a commission-based affiliate code had been added without prior discussion, something we considered unprofessional. We attempted to resolve the situation amicably, but received no transparent explanation of the services provided. Ultimately, we decided to take legal action and gathered all the evidence. They quickly withdrew the collection order. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this agency to anyone who values ​​openness, demonstrable work, and honest communication. A tip for other entrepreneurs: Google and Channable keep meticulous logs. If you have any doubts about their activities, I would advise you to review all the logs!
