My mistake for not asking price before requesting for service. Charge RM190+ for service aircond (look like he subs to other contractor, not own workers). Worst part is that the contractor did not use chemical to wash, only vacuum. This kind of service for 190+? More expensive than big city cost.

If you buy an air conditioner at the beginning of Muharram, there is a special offer...the seller is really friendly to the locals. Later, if you want to buy a refrigerator at the end of Ramadan...hope there will be another offer. But if you come, don't come at 10am because the shop opens late even though the maps say it opens at 10am.

The owner is very nice! Thumbs up! However, I think the staff's attitude could be improved! If they don't like their work, they should change jobs sooner rather than later! We consumers pay money hoping the staff will solve our problems, not treat us with rudeness! I won't patronize this appliance store again! The staff are rude and we get paid to be treated badly!
