It has been a pleasure to do business. They were very helpful with marketing my business. Within the first week I got 2 new clients directly from google. Great customer service as well.
It was great while they actually operated and were contactable. After a couple of years working with them they started charging our credit card multiple times with no authorisation, had to chase refunds and was told they removed the card data. They did not. We were charged again this week even though we canceled the service 3 months ago. No reply to email, phones all disconnected.
Good thorough onboarding and awesome systems to help build your business. However after stopping service with this company they charged me again in October 2024 which took 3 months to refund. Then again they have charged me in April 2025. It seems this company does not respect customers data when asked to delete all payment methods to ensure this does not happen. Good luck if you ever have to get money back from them! They are happy to take it but not give it back
