Two years ago, I had a water leak problem caused by frozen water pipes. Before hiring Isawa, I called two other companies, but I was suspicious of the high estimate and refused. I decided to hire a local plumber in Tokorozawa, so I searched the internet and found Isawa Equipment Co., Ltd. I had a good impression of their website, so I called them, and they came right away and handled the job with a familiar (and kind) attitude. The cost was less than half the amount quoted by the other two companies. They also handled the application (to Tokorozawa City) for a half-price water bill for the water leak. I felt like I had found a reliable plumber, and I've been keeping the business card they gave me on my refrigerator. Thanks to this connection, I asked them to install a new toilet and remodel my kitchen this time. The president of the company personally handled the remodeling. It took two weeks for them to come and give me an estimate and proposal. They proposed something with high design and functionality, which surprised me because it was better than I expected. The president's personality is excellent and he is very kind. They listened to what we had to say, so it was easy to communicate with them. The new toilet room has a low ceiling, so they created a hidden storage shelf on the wall behind the toilet, added stylish wallpaper, and decorated the toilet lid, producing a total package. We had only intended to install a new toilet, but the completed toilet looked like a stylish store toilet, which surprised us! It's so nice! We were even more surprised by the stylish font designed on the back of the toilet lid! The hidden storage shelf is also very easy to use! It's open, so you can easily take things out, but from the outside it's hard to tell where the storage shelf is. The toilet is an Arauno S II, with a gapless design, so it's easy to clean. The floor is also neat, so cleaning is really easy! It hits all three points of "design," "usability," and "ease of cleaning," and we're overwhelmed by the high level of completion. The existing toilet room had mold on the back wall due to a water leak, so initially we only planned to replace the wall, but we were so impressed with the new toilet that we asked them to do the same for the existing toilet. We produced it with a bright and cute image. It is a cute and warm toilet space that makes you feel feminine. The new kitchen is Sierra by LIXIL. We arranged it in our own way while considering the budget. Thanks to the worktop height of 90 cm, we can now wash dishes at the sink while standing without straining our backs (previously we washed dishes while sitting on a chair). My husband was particular about a water purifier, so we drilled a special hole in the sink and installed a faucet. Although we should have asked a water purifier manufacturer, Isawa was able to handle it, so the installation went smoothly. Thanks to the kitchen bay window being replaced with a kitchen panel, we were able to temporarily place a draining basket and cooked food on the bay window even though the width remained the same, which made the counter more spacious and made it easier to work. This time, there were changes to the plan and additional work in the middle of the work, and there were times when I felt that the response was insufficient. I later explained the situation and they responded sincerely, so I gave them 5 stars, but I feel that it's a shame as they did a good job. Looking at their website, in addition to renovations, they also work on toilets in times of disasters, and the president and other craftsmen involved were all very nice, so it's a company that I really want to support. I hope they make improvements and continue to do even more in the future, and I would like to work with them again if the opportunity arises. I visited Kawaya City! I was excited to see all the different shops! There were also a lot of food stalls, so I was full! The hamburgers at Ramblingstand were delicious! There were also a lot of stylish toilets, so it was a mysterious space! Higashikawa is nearby, so it might be a good idea to go there while you're there to see the cherry blossoms this time of year.

The company president is simply a good person. Not just good, but a good person. He has installed toilets on his company's premises that anyone can use. There's even a water fountain for dogs to drink when they take them for walks. I hope he continues to be a wonderful gentleman representing the area. I give him five stars with high hopes. He has a strong love for toilets, so this is a must-see. Seeing is believing.

I posted this because it was an interesting toilet lid design. It's the first time I've seen a picture on a toilet lid. I think it's an interesting idea.
