As specialists in managing Google Business profiles and Google Ads campaigns, your obligation is not only to implement changes, but also to prevent risks and protect the account's integrity. Justifying the suspension solely on Google's decision is to shirk your responsibility in the strategy and its execution. Furthermore, the problem isn't just the suspension itself, but the lack of follow-up and a clear solution afterward. A professional service doesn't simply say "it was Google's fault," but rather provides support, manages the process, and resolves the issue. My dissatisfaction isn't with the outcome, but with how the process was handled.

It's not right to avoid taking responsibility when you make a mistake that could harm a business… Their poor work caused us to lose our Google Ads profile. They only said they would recover it and never followed up. They lacked the ethics to find a solution when it was their responsibility to do so… A terrible experience with their service.
