There was no explanation before signing the contract regarding the loan (conditions for lower interest rates) or the gas company (that it was a lease), and it ended up costing more than I expected. If that was the only option, I wish they had explained it to me. Also, the contractors involved here didn't contact me regarding after-sales service or explain if any further work was needed, which left me increasingly dissatisfied. This is a major purchase, so I hope both companies will improve their explanations beforehand.

I was also impressed by how he handled various troublesome issues that arose during the process without showing any signs of displeasure. It was also helpful because the money can be used to cover the nursing care costs for my hospitalized mother. In the future, I would also like to consider purchasing a used condominium for sale on Katitas in rural areas.

Even though it was within the two-year warranty period, the response was quick and the repairs were free. Since I purchased the property as-is, leaks and areas for repair were unavoidable, but the quick response made me feel that both the company and Mr. F are trustworthy.
