A company that does its job properly; thank you very much for resolving my problem.

He conveyed the confidentiality agreement between the parties to a third party (the client) without any regard for ethical or professional responsibility; he also made false statements in an attempt to exonerate himself. He dragged the process to a dead end by offering exorbitant prices that were far removed from market realities, and instead of acting solution-oriented, he displayed an inconsistent approach that avoided responsibility. For all these reasons, I absolutely do not recommend this company due to its unprofessionalism and trust-shattering behavior.

We had a website built for a relative in August of this year, and they told us it needed renewal at the end of the year. They asked for 3000 TL. Domain and hosting costs range from 500-750 TL. Even if they charged the same amount themselves, we thought it would be around 1500 TL, but they asked for double. Even though we didn't owe any money for the site, we asked for our files back. They said, "My computer is ruined, my files are lost, I'm the one who's suffering more than you." We said, "Okay, but you need to help us in this situation, you need to rebuild the site," but they said, "I won't do it for free, you have to pay again, and at the current price." It's a waste of your money, stay away from them. We used their site for 6 months, and they neither renewed it nor offered any compensation. I can publish the company name and correspondence as proof here. Also, we're wondering, if we had paid that 3000 TL, would our computer have been salvaged?
