However, over time, load times have increased significantly (15–20 seconds currently), and I'm still waiting on a clear resolution from the team. 3. Technical Capabilities – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Their technical expertise is commendable. Both key members understand what clients need and deliver technically sound solutions. Custom features and back-end functionality were handled effectively. 4. Communication & Project Management – ⭐⭐ (2/5) This is an area that needs serious improvement. Despite assurances, actual communication with the team seems inconsistent. Delays in delivery and poor post-launch follow-up have been area of concern. Better coordination and transparency are needed. 5. Pricing – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Pricing is very affordable for the quality of work delivered. Tejas Sir, in particular, stands out for his marketing skills and professional interaction. Value for money is definitely there. 6. Client Support & Post-Launch Service – ⭐⭐ (2/5) Unfortunately, post-launch support has not met expectations. Lack of timely updates or a clear timeline has been an issue. If the team is busy with other projects, proper communication is essential. 7. Portfolio – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I found their portfolio strong and versatile. They adapted well to my niche and delivered creative, relevant design solutions. 8. Owner & Team – ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) While the owner is experienced and capable, the team seems understaffed. 9. Time of Delivery – ⭐⭐ (2/5) Delivery timelines need major improvement. Even with quality work, delays can impact client trust and overall project success. Having a small team might be a reason, but it's crucial to set realistic deadlines and stick to them. ✅ Overall Impression: I am generally satisfied with the quality and creativity Kanak Digifex offers, especially in design and pricing. However, they need to work on post-launch support, communication, and timely delivery.
