I find it really disappointing that they didn't send a payment reminder first. This approach seems very strange and unpleasant to me. Frankly, the fees, ranging from around €24.50 to over €50, shocked me. Of course, one shouldn't forget to pay on time, but unfortunately, these things happen. That's precisely why payment reminders exist; in my opinion, they're part of good customer service.
