I engaged Heng Plumbing to replace my rubbish chute, and I'm very satisfied with their service. Their pricing was reasonable, and they didn't make any empty promises. The plumber, Sekar n team honestly informed us beforehand that some of our tiles might crack during the replacement due to the nature of the work. The job was completed neatly and professionally, and everything was finished within half a day as promised. Overall, a reliable and trustworthy service.

Had a slight scare when it's just 2 days to Hari Raya; the rubbish chute decided to not close at all! The smell, the flies were gonna be such a huge issue if not for the excellent service rendered by Gabriel, Sekar & Durai from K. Heng Plumbing! Gabriel responded quickly, gracefully with key information.. dispatched Sekar & Durai to our home once we made the decision to go ahead. They handled the situation with real professionalism & urgency, especially with the festive rush just around the corner. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing; efficient, thorough & no shortcuts taken. What really stood out was their attitude. Friendly, reassuring & respectful throughout.. they made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely under control. Within no time, the old chute was removed & disposed of in goodwill. Then the new chute was installed! All shiny & functional, no smell no flies.. all within the hour! 👏🏾😲 Truly grateful for their prompt response & top-notch service. If this is the standard at K. Change old rubbish chute to a new one. Engage Kwoi Heng Plumbing Services thru Google. Very straight forward deal. 02 Technician came to fix Mr Sekar & assistant (Sorry never got to get his name). Very punctual. Fast job no hassle. Very professional and give proper instructions after they fix it. Thank you Mr Sekar & assistant.
