We had a very pleasant stay at JW Marriott Jeju Resort & Spa. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room we stayed in was spacious, elegant, and very well equipped with all the necessary appliances and amenities, including things like a garment steamer. The service was truly excellent and at the highest level throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. Another big plus was the outdoor pool with warm water, as well as the very large parking area where it was always easy to find a space. There were, however, a couple of downsides. Because of the room location after the upgrade, getting to the pools and restaurants required quite a long walk, and part of the route was not covered, which was inconvenient, especially in bad weather. The indoor pool was also often quite crowded. Overall, it is a beautiful resort with excellent service and very comfortable rooms. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely stunning stay at the JW Marriott Jeju Resort & Spa. We stayed 3 nights in the Panorama Suite with ocean views and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had yet. The room was brilliant — incredibly spacious, breathtaking views from the balcony, and one of the most comfortable beds and comforters I’ve ever slept in. The entire resort is breathtaking. From the dramatic coastal scenery and walking trails to the heated pool overlooking the ocean, every part of the property felt relaxing and luxurious. The Oreve Spa was amazing, but the highlight was absolutely the hot springs and jjimjil spa experience. It was unlike anything I’ve experienced before — from the oxygen room to the snow room and other therapeutic spaces, it was incredibly unique, relaxing, and rejuvenating. We also had dinner at The Flying Hog, which was excellent and added to the overall experience. The staff throughout the resort were outstanding — very attentive, warm, and professional. Turndown service each evening was a great touch and showed the level of care and hospitality the team provides. Jeju itself is beautiful, but this resort elevated the entire trip. Easily one of the best destinations and resort experiences I’ve had.

We had a lovely stay at JW Marriott Jeju. The service was excellent throughout, there was clearly no shortage of attentive and friendly staff, which really elevated the experience. The evening campfire setup was a special highlight and added a warm, memorable touch to our stay. That said, for the price we paid, the rooms felt quite small, and breakfast became a disappointment if you’re staying longer than three days. The Korean offerings were good, but the lack of variety and limited international options made it repetitive. The brunch is great, and I wish that concept could be extended to breakfast or expanded with a few more choices. Overall, a beautiful property with standout service, but there’s room for improvement.

Location and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are OK, probably on the smaller side given the price point. Now the biggest let down - the service standard. Everyone was lovely, but the overall standard does by far mot match the price point and unfortunately led to an overall underwhelming experience. Examples are: 1. We were told there was availability for a 7am yoga class and when we showed up, we were told there was never going to be a 7am class. 2. The breakfast overall needs more western options, we were able to just order scrambled eggs with bacon but had to pay extra for fruit. Coffee on both occasions arrived half way through breakfast 3. There is no bar. Nobody tells you that but sent us to one of the restaurants and sat us on a big table in the middle of all the diners. 4. The pool space is lovely and in fact the only outdoor area with seating and service. When we went there for a drink after a long day exploring to have a drink, we were told only to be allowed there with swimwear. So we changed, went back and struggled to get any attention all afternoon.

I had an amazing stay here. The hotel design is gorgeous and everything was spotless. I loved that the property felt like its own little world; you can spend hours just exploring the different areas of the park and enjoying the views. The hospitality was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Can't wait to come back!
