Unfortunately, this company leaves a bitter taste in our mouths. We used them to host a website for an annual event. During our hosting time, they disabled our email several times because they claimed we were sending too much mail. This happened without seriously investigating the cause or discussing a suitable solution. The last time was just a few days before the event, causing us to miss a lot of essential mail. As a result, we didn't receive the invoice (which is delivered by email) (strange, isn't it, if they block the email first), after which the hosting was terminated. Apparently, a quick phone call or a letter in the mail to resolve this properly was too much to ask. The domain name was then immediately resold, and the payment wasn't credited. Disappointing.

There is simply nothing to complain about, especially regarding the price-quality ratio. JVH built my website for my hair salon, Van Dijk Kappers. I knew exactly how I wanted it, and they implemented all my wishes. Their response to questions, etc., is also super fast. I have already received many positive reactions to my new website!

The result is a site with a dual approach, catering to our two target groups. We are very happy with the end result, a site that will last for many years to come. In short: they provided valuable input and ideas for the site's design, feedback was quickly incorporated during the build, the after-sales service was excellent (the management system was well-explained and questions were answered), and a clear overview and cost estimate were provided throughout the entire process.
