My law partner and I recently worked with Juris Digital to create a website for our trusts and estates firm in Sacramento, CA. It was a pleasure working with Peter Kerlin and the rest of his team. When I switched from them to another company, they kept charging me. When I called to get the issue cleared up, I left messages with a receptionist on three different occasions, but no one ever called me back. When I asked for an email to contact someone directly, I was told they don’t have an email they can share with me. Keep in mind, at this point I’m a paying client. A web company without email?! In the year of our Lord 2025?! Seriously?! Either they lied about the email or they’re too dumb to realize a web company should be able to use email. Regardless of what the answer is, this is not the type of company you want to do business with. STAY AWAY!!!
