We engaged JUMP to support us with our marketing at a point where we wanted to take a more strategic and joined‑up approach. They began with an in‑depth strategy phase, taking the time to properly understand our organisation, our purpose and the challenges we face. This resulted in a comprehensive marketing strategy that clearly aligned with our wider organisational objectives. We are now in the implementation phase of that strategy and are already seeing positive signs, particularly through increased website traffic and improved social media engagement. While we know this is longer‑term work, these early results are encouraging. JUMP are attentive, responsive, easy to work with, and they bring creative thinking to discussions.
