JUMBO Signatures

Had a really enjoyable meal here. The restaurant is on the smaller side and the tables are quite close together, but that’s understandable given the limited space. We ordered quite a few dishes, including some appetizers, two soups, the signature Chilli Crab, and an abalone dish. Overall, the food was excellent. The two soups were especially impressive and easily some of the standout dishes of the meal. The Chilli Crab was the real highlight for me. Absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. If I had known how much I would enjoy it, I probably would have just ordered the crab and both soups and been perfectly happy. The abalone was well prepared, and the appetizers were enjoyable too, but the soups and crab were the dishes that really stayed in my mind. The food was good enough that I’m already thinking about coming back. Next time I may try one of their larger locations, as I would prefer a bit more space. Either way, this place will definitely be on my list when I return to Singapore.

Very fancy but equally as pricey! Expect to spend around SGD250 per pax with the tasting menu. Personally still like to indulge my Asian seafood in a communal style but this was more omakase. Quality of food is amazing and the service too! But it’s that high price you pay for! Great experience nonetheless! Perfect for business and special occasions.

First, they send you a welcome dish and then I had a fantastic dining experience at Jumbo Signature restaurant in Marina Bay Sands. The crab was fresh and delicious, the Singapore sauce was rich and flavorful, and dipping it with fried dumplings was the best. The prices were clearly stated before ordering, and we were able to order half a crab instead of a whole one. In addition, the cereal-coated shrimp was also delicious, sweet, with just the right amount of cereal grains evenly distributed over the shrimp, making them very juicy. The Kumquat soda reminded me of the flavors in Vietnam, similar to kumquat tea. I was especially happy to have a Vietnamese staff member directly advising me; hearing Vietnamese in a foreign country was wonderful. Thank you so much, Johnny, for your advice. The atmosphere was very warm and elegant.

Highly recommend the seafood century egg salad with tofu — it was amazingly good. The bamboo clam dish was another highlight; even my daughter, who usually doesn’t like garlic, enjoyed it. My daughter also loved the fuss-free signature crab dish, which was super delicious. I’ve never been disappointed by Jumbo. The service was excellent — I didn’t even need to pour my own tea, not even once. Highly recommended for anyone who loves seafood.

Great food. Had the signature prawn starter. Very tasty (note just a single large prawn) and then the no fuss chili crab, this was delicious. A little heat from the chili but not hot, more sweet and tangy, great little fried buns, desert was banana bread covered in caramel and with coconut ice-cream, delicious.
