Had a fantastic seafood feast at JUMBO Premium and I must say the quality and freshness of the ingredients were truly top notch. Every dish felt refined, well-executed, and packed with flavour from start to finish. The sautéed asparagus with black truffle sauce and scallops was one of the highlights for me. The asparagus remained crisp and vibrant, while the scallops were sweet, juicy, and perfectly seared. The truffle sauce added a rich earthy aroma that complemented the seafood beautifully without overpowering it. Their signature cereal prawns were incredibly addictive — fresh, succulent prawns coated generously with fragrant buttery cereal crumbs that delivered a wonderful crunch and savoury sweetness in every bite. I also really enjoyed the chilli crab meat sauce served with fried mantou. The sauce was rich, flavourful, mildly spicy, and very satisfying, while the mantou was fluffy inside with a light crisp exterior that soaked up the sauce perfectly. The mee goreng had excellent wok hei and a good savoury-spicy balance, while the garlic fried chicken was juicy with beautifully roasted skin and aromatic garlic fragrance throughout. Another standout was the steamed cod fish with soya sauce. The cod was exceptionally fresh, silky smooth, and delicate, paired with a light savoury sauce that enhanced the natural sweetness of the fish wonderfully. Overall, dining at Jumbo Premium @ RWS felt like an elevated seafood experience with premium ingredients, excellent freshness, and consistently solid execution across every dish. Definitely a meal worth returning for.

Craving for some Chinese Hong Kong food. We order chicken, sweet and sour tilapia fish, and stir fry vege with scallops. I have to say the food is SO GOOD. Every dish is cooked to perfection and compliments well with rice. One of the best Chinese dinner that I have ever tasted. 12/10 would come again 👍🏼😋 Restaurant interior is nice and comfy. There are indoor seats and outdoor seating. You can choose which prefer. Besides it’s located at Sentosa resort after shopping can drop by here for dinner. Walk in also can but the waiter told us we only have time limit 1 hour 30mins (may vary) to finish our meal. Hence due to popularity it is advisable to book in advance.

The noodles and fried items would be much better with less oil. Also, I had a strange experience with the service: when I asked for warm water, a staff member told me to drink cold water instead because she was carrying a cold water pitcher. She then asked me to pour some water into my main dish so she could top it up with warm water. It was an odd solution.

We had dinner at Jumbo Premium during our visit to Singapore. My wife booked it so my mom could finally try the Alaskan crab. The food was great, and the crab was definitely the highlight. I almost ruined the dinner though. I had food poisoning from lunch earlier that day. By the time we arrived I thought I was okay, but once we sat down I started feeling really bad and apparently went pale and sweaty. The staff noticed right away and were very attentive while I tried to recover. They were calm, kind, and very supportive. Because of them the dinner didn’t fall apart, and my family could still enjoy the meal. After a while I recovered and managed to eat some too. Great food, but what we’ll remember most is how caring and professional the staff were that night. PS: Thinking about it now, maybe it wasn’t just the food poisoning. Maybe I saw the price of the Alaskan crab and that’s why I went pale and sweaty 🤣

Enjoyed the dinner with my love ones. All the dishes were delicious, especially the chilli crab and mocha pork ribs. Fantastic attentive service by Joyce Lee and her colleagues. Nice ambience. Highly recommended.
