Did full diagnostics with JSS Motorworkz after collecting my car. Staff were thorough in their checks, and were helpful with my queries. Staff were also honest and transparent about pricing, and advised me the best course of action moving ahead. Works were fast, pricing was genuinely much better than expected. Fair and reasonable. Would recommend!

Good service and kind staff! My aircon wasn’t cooling for 3 yrs and checked several rounds in many different other workshops, even paid several hundreds of bucks at previous service center earlier this year and got nth fixed… Recently I went to JSS and totally get this issue done, which turned out the root cause to be the heavy mold blocked cooling coil. The staff there is very kind and help me to solve my long last prob! Well deserved a big thumb up! Thanks JSS!

⭐ 1/5 Stars | Avoid this workshop if you value transparency and fair service I brought my Mercedes here for walnut blasting, and it turned into one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any car workshop in Singapore. Here’s what happened: ✅ What was promised: A standard walnut blasting service, with clear communication and no hidden costs. ❌ What actually happened: - Arrived at 8:35am for my confirmed appointment, only to find the workshop closed with no staff around. ​ - Mid-day, I was told an air hose had broken during work. By late afternoon, they revealed another critical pipe (part 140) was also damaged — and they had no spare parts because suppliers were closed for the weekend. I was left scrambling to get my car back. ​ - No risk warning at all: They never told me before starting work that removing parts for walnut blasting could crack or damage older pipes. Had I known this, I would not have proceeded. ​ - Broken promises: One of the owners, Joseph apologised for the oversight and said labour charges would be waived. Later, management claimed he “couldn’t make pricing decisions” and refused to honour this. ​ - Inflated pricing: They claimed the damage was “wear and tear” not their fault, yet wanted to charge a “normal price” of $480, then offered a “discounted” $330 (before GST). I later found the exact same pipe costs just $120 from stockists, and 3 other reputable workshops quoted far less at $200+ for the full replacement. When I questioned this, they simply told me to “go elsewhere if I’m not happy”. You cannot run a business this way: failing to disclose risks, breaking verbal agreements, overcharging, and refusing to take accountability when your work causes damage. Do yourself a favour — look elsewhere for your car servicing. There are plenty of honest, transparent workshops in Singapore that will treat you and your vehicle with respect.

I visited this workshop to address the AC issues in my Volvo. The service provided was satisfactory, and they kept me informed about the progress of the repair in a clear and timely manner. I highly recommend this workshop.
