We hired this company to develop the Robust Europe website, a new project using WordPress and WooCommerce. From the outset, we clearly explained the type of website we needed and the essential features. Based on this, they presented us with an initial quote, which we accepted. Almost two months later, they informed us that the initial quote was flawed and that a significant increase was necessary to implement everything we had requested. Even so, we accepted the revised quote and paid for it. We also paid for additional work, such as configuring Correos Express, which was billed separately. After more than six months of work and a total investment of nearly €3,000, the website never functioned as contracted. Key automations failed: shipping labels weren't generated (even after paying for them separately), orders didn't integrate correctly with the invoicing software, and there was no real control over products, sizes, colors, or stock levels. Added to this were constant performance problems, errors in the purchasing process, the basic SEO included in the contract was never implemented, and a website delivered with very little content, poorly maintained images, and unreviewed translations. Throughout this time, despite our continuous insistence and repeated submissions of detailed summaries outlining all the detected errors, we were given review deadlines (usually around 15 days). However, upon reviewing the website after that time, everything remained the same, and this situation repeated itself month after month. Finally, we were informed that the necessary time could not be dedicated to the project due to internal costs. The entire contract and relationship were handled by a single responsible party, and internal personnel changes or the transfer of responsibilities cannot be passed on to the client. As a result, after months of lost time, we were forced to switch servers and hire another company to practically rebuild the entire website and implement the automations, incurring an additional cost. Our experience does not correspond to what was contracted or the money paid.
