Bleaching costs 3500, dyeing 3500, and a haircut 500. I want to warn other customers who haven't yet made a purchase: shops without price lists are the worst. I asked about prices at least four times via Line and in person, but the shop kept dodging the question and tricked me into coming in person for a consultation. Once there, I felt pressured into buying. I was too naive. I should have asked more questions, at least for a price range, or how much it would cost for one or two bleaching sessions. Afterwards, I had no choice but to accept it. I can only say that other shops offer much cheaper options. Don't come here to be a sucker; I learned my lesson the hard way. Update: The shop manager called me and explained a lot, saying they did have a price list, but it was just a communication problem (I still can't accept the manager's explanation). I also asked the manager why they didn't just provide a price list when I asked, and that even though I only bleached the ends, the price was calculated based on the total length of my hair (according to the shop's Line and the manager's replies). The manager finally offered to refund me 3500 as compensation. Here is the price list the manager later sent. Update: The shop contacted me afterward, and I wasn't dissatisfied with their handling of the "follow-up." The shop manager actively contacted me to resolve the issue. I've been debating whether to delete this post, but this is a fact that has already happened, and it seems the shop has used similar methods before… (they don't even discuss the price before asking). I don't know if they'll do this again in the future (hopefully not). Aside from that, the shop's service quality, attitude, and environment are quite good. I can't guarantee their skills (I'm not an expert), especially since some people on Threads said it didn't look good 🥲 (this is subjective, there's no right or wrong).

I'm exposing this to prevent others from encountering this situation.

I've been a customer for eight years. There's a reason I've stayed this long: the service is excellent, the quality is high, they don't make random, unreliable recommendations, and the prices are all reasonable.

I love dark colors, so the stylist gave me a blue-black hair color!! I absolutely adore it.
